This year’s event will be held at the Devon & Exeter S.R.C on the weekend of 11/12 September 2010.
To reflect the importance of this event it has received enhanced status and ranking points will be awarded at a level mid way between bronze and silver.
There is an entry form in the SW Newslatter and on a previous post on this website.

This year’s event will be held at the Devon & Exeter S.R.C on the weekend of 11/12 September 2010.
To reflect the importance of this event it has received enhanced status and ranking points will be awarded at a level mid way between bronze and silver.
Featuring categories for both boys and girls at all age groups from U11 through to U19, the entry fee is £15.00. This event will be played using the monrad system (or round robin in the event of a smaller entry) and entry is limited to 32 players in each category. This coming season also sees the introduction of a ranking system for U11 players with this event being one of the first in the region to introduce this.
As a cornerstone of the SW Regional coaching programme, participation in the Regional Closed is required for all players who wish to be part of the Region Squad system for the coming season. Players will also be expected to enter in their true age group. If you would like to discuss this please contact Jonny Harford on 07879 554390.
The closing date for entries is Tuesday 31st August 2010.

I think this is about all done now. My preference is proposal D as proposal B doesn't have enough teams in the premier.
